What process do you use for developing a course ware? |
| We use following processes:Plan: When creating an e-learning project, planning project assessment and analysis - is a critical first step. Our services include: Analysis; content and instructional design assessments; environmental anaysis and recommendations; development and architecture strategies and recommendations; resources, risk and process analysis; cost-benefit analysis; preliminary design treatment) Design - We identify the element necessary for a successful training experience, including:Presentation flow; user interaction patterns, screen and media element descriptions; reporting and data analysis specifications; programming interdace requirements; media element specifications, form initial storyboards theorugh scripts; hardware and software requirements. Implementation - The scripts and storyboards are then turned into lesson by graphic designer and developers, who combine elements such as music, voiceover, animation, graphic images, and video to create an exciting and instructionally sound training course. Testing - The test the application until we meets all the requirements. Migration to Production - We put procedures in place to ensure that the application is production ready. Maintenance - we provide asistance with ongoing support and product to keep the training current as your business need changes. |
